Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living Programme. It is a group programme for people who have participated in the MBSR and MBCT Programmes to continue their mindfulness practices and to include compassion more in their lives. The programme is taught by Erik van den Brink and Frits koster.

Prof. Dr. Zümra Atalay
In 2014, she founded Mindfulness Institute Turkey. Her main field of work is mindfulness, mindfulness-based therapies, compassion and compassion-based therapies.
Prof. Dr. Zümra Atalay is a faculty member at MEF University, Department of Psychological Counselling and Guidance. She is a Mindfulness Trainer. In 2014, she founded Mindfulness Institute Turkey. Her main field of study is mindfulness, mindfulness-based therapies, compassion and compassion-based therapies. Her doctoral thesis is also on these two subjects. She did a project on ‘Mindfulness and Psychological Needs’ in the Department of Psychology at the University of Rochester, where she was a guest lecturer with TUBITAK scholarship. She has articles in national refereed journals indexed in international indexes, TUBITAK projects, presentations in national and international congresses, courses given at master's and doctoral level, master's and doctoral theses supervised by her.

MBSR
8 Weeks
They meet once a week between 19.00 and 21.00.
Haftada 2 Saat
The mindfulness-based stress reduction programme consists of a series of physical, spiritual and mental practices with a pre-determined theme, lasting 2 hours each week.
Sessizlik Günü
The 6-hour session in the sixth week is a silence day. Participants practice silently and without communicating for 6 hours.

The programme addresses the general population. It is suitable for people who want to improve themselves, increase their parenting and relationship skills, experience vital stress, strain, work stress, anxiety, and have difficulty in focusing their attention and awareness on the present moment. It also supports people working in the field of mental health in their own practice.
