About the Course
Mindfulness-based interventions (MBI) improve sleep quality in people with insomnia.
Scientific studies suggest that mindfulness-based interventions can improve sleep quality by balancing cognitive-emotional arousal, psychological stress and hyperactivity.
And in addition, mindfulness meditation is thought to be able to improve sleep quality in individuals with some sleep disorders.
In conclusion, mindfulness-based work significantly reduces pre-sleep anxious and ruminative thoughts and cognitive arousal and improves sleep quality.
This training aims to teach mindful approaches to sleep problems theoretically and experientially.
The training will consist of 3 sessions.
