* Emotions and thoughts are contagious. The spread of mindfulness throughout the school ensures that the desired skills gained through this program are also developed through interaction.
* It enables the transfer of a permanent, scientifically supported and sustainable program as a school tradition.
* It enables the creation of a common language from teachers to students and administrators.
* A school tradition consisting of individuals who are sensitive to themselves, others, their environment and other living and non-living beings is formed.
* The process of the training and therefore its remuneration can be flexible according to the needs and purpose of the school.
* This training should be spread over a period of at least 6 months.
Module 1: Two Hour Talk (Tasting)
* What is mindfulness?
* Why is mindfulness useful for students and teachers?
* How can mindfulness in schools help you in teaching and learning and how can you bring it to school?
Module 2: School Staff Learn Mindfulness
* Providing mindfulness training to school teachers and administrators.
* The 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program is given to teachers for 3 full days in an intensive format.
Module 3: Integration of Mindfulness Program
* Volunteer and talented teachers from each level/grade are selected to work on integrating mindfulness into the curriculum.
* It takes one or two days.
Module 4: Supervision
Supervision of the implemented modules (2 days at intervals)
Module 5: Follow-up
Follow-up of participants at the end of the semester.
